第16週里程碑
超爽,這禮拜到今天為止總共是34KM,達成個人無比賽週跑量新高。
雖然跟很多高手比,這可能只有他們的一半,但是高手也是要從初學者慢慢進步,而我也努力的開始提升自己跑步的量,讓自己在這條路上走得更快些。
從第13禮拜開始到這禮拜(15),分別是21、23、29及34KM,已經成功地慢慢把10KM練跑的次數增加,這禮拜跑了兩次10KM,分別是禮拜四跟今天,感覺對自己還滿有幫助的。過去練跑總是跑個5或6KM,直到周末才會來個10KM,目前就是希望慢慢的把平常每天的練習量盡量都提高到10KM。
至少以我現在的程度,10KM跑一休一身體是可以完全恢復的,看看能不能提高到2,4,6跑10KM,而中間的日子就看身體狀況跑,不過基本上也是5.2起跳。如過狀況允許再把禮拜六或禮拜日的練習量提高到15KM,這真是太完美了,加油。
